He is survived by : his children, Gerrit (Amy), Audrey Wandtke (Bert), Elke Openshaw (Mike), Sandy and Angela Sobieski (Ryan); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Nathan, Danielle, Hayley, Stefan, Christian, Taylor, Dylan, Skyler, Ashley, Chelsey, Morgan, McKenzie and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Louis, Sterling, Milo, Brooklynn, Londyn, Conner, Bostyn, Everett, Sawyer, Oliver, Henry, Owen, Max, Mina, Myles, Lillian, Link, Easton, Jayden and Lucas.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 8:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (552 E 11400 S, Draper, UT 84020). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, Cemetery (3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121).
