He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Tsinnijinnie Billie; his stepchildren, Rhonda Brewer of Albequerque, NM, Jessie Billy of Albequerque, NM and Tiffany Billie of Albequerque, NM; his children, Shawn White (Carol) of Richmond, UT, Dean White (Heather) of Allen, TX, Elaine Dent (Rex) of Boise, ID and Marvin White (Terri) of Richmond, UT; and his siblings, Tom White of Sherwood, OR, Alan White (Janice) of Heber City, UT, Gloria Jensen (Ray) of American Fork, UT and Penny Smith (Tracy) of Draper, UT. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
