He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Mecham and Leah Cluff Mecham; and his siblings, Brent Mecham and Sandra Kamp. He is survived by: his children, Jessica and Jake Mecham; and his siblings, Kristine Terry of Duchesne, Linda Garland of Duchesne and Kent (Debbie). He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
