He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Leroy and Donna Bingham Norman. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Walker; his children, Chet Norman (Peni), Curt Norman (Jennifer), Cindy Clark (Patrick), Clay Norman (Natalie), Carrie Franklin (Dennis) and Christi Bluemel (Rusty); and his sister Deanne Harris (Dale). He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Lakeview LDS Stake Center (9634 N Duggan Dr, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
