We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Malachi Nakamura of Eagle Mountain, Utah, born in Cottonwood, Arizona. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Pierce; and his uncle Eric Pierce. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Nakamura and Carly Nakamura; his siblings, Atma and Kira; his grandparents, Marie, Richard Nakamura and Sue Pierce; and his pets-cats, Maverick and Mia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, godparents, and cherished friends.
Instead of flowers, the Nakamura family will be relocating to New Jersey to lay Malachi to rest beside his grandfather and uncle. A GoFundMe has been created to assist with the costs of transporting him home and supporting the family through this transition.
