Dee Halliday Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dee Halliday (Eden, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dee may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Halliday and Howard Halliday; his sisters, Lael Halliday and Mary Ann Dallinga; and his great grandchild Jude.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Neilson Halliday of Liberty, Utah; his children, Heidi Cheney (Mardell) of Alpine, Utah, Jeffery Dee Halliday (Erin) of Saint George, Utah, Joy Rios (Shawn) of Lehi, Utah and Blake Thomas Halliday (Nancy) of Liberty, Utah; and his brother Thomas John Halliday (Elaine). He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nordic Valley Ward (2900 N Hwy 162, Eden, UT 84310). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
