He was predeceased by : his parents, Vaneta Proctor and James Proctor; his wife Rhonda DeGroot Proctor; his siblings, Donald Proctor, Carol Ashby and Colette; and his great grandchild Maely Downey Landreth.
He is survived by : his children, Gary Proctor, Troy Proctor (Angie), Tana Olsen (Corey), Sonya Downey (Rusty) and Greg Proctor (Syringa); and his siblings, Richard Proctor (Maridean), Phillip Proctor (Anita), Margo Heiner (Dennis) and Debbie Malone (Mike).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Meetinghouse (259 E Alpine Dr, Elk Ridge, UT 84653). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Chapel (259 E Alpine Dr, Elk Ridge, UT 84653).
