She is survived by : her former life partner Theodore Peterson Holm; her children, Justin Holm (DeeAnna) of Elsinore, Kristy DeLange (Terral) of Monroe, Katie Crosier (Ryan) of Escalante and Sydney Blake (Logan) of Santa Clara; and her grandchildren, Marshal of Monroe, Utah., Meghan of Monroe, Utah., Maycee DeLange of Monroe, Utah. and Jacey Quinney (Hunter) of Monroe, Utah..
