She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldo M. Lou and Anna Lou (Simonsen). She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Travis (Jill Emerson), Tiffany Christensen (Mike), David Sehestedt (Stephanie Bunderson) and Erika Sehestedt (Travis Ehrlich); and her brothers, Mark Simonsen (Toni), Jon Simonsen and Eric Simonsen. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emery Ward (70 N Center St, Emery, UT 84522). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emery Ward Chapel (70 N Center St, Emery, UT 84522). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Emery Town Cemetery (300 W 525 N, Emery, UT 84522).
