He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Wendel and Eileen Wendel. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Wendel; and his children, Channie Shearer (Justin), Jared Wendel (Brandi), Jason Wendel (Audrey), Angela Wendel, Chrissi Wendel and Ashley Wendel. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
