He is survived by: his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Penny Brown of Ephraim, Utah; his sister Becky; his brother-in-law Kelly Ence of Salem, Utah; his friend Lorri Black; Kenneth Anderson (Sara) and Derek Black. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
