He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Olsen and Lucile Olsen; and his brothers, Larry and Scott. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Jensen of Gunnison; his close friend Joyce; his siblings, Sibyl Ireland of St. George, Utah and John Olsen of La Quinta; and also, Shelly, Darin Nielson of Gilbert, Kelsey Olsen of Syracuse, Matthew, Tatum Olsen of Holladay, Sloane, Finn, Seve and Blaire. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
