He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Farnsworth and Shirley Farnsworth; and his daughters, Mistylee and CarrieAnne. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sharayne, Taylor and Abbeylin; and his siblings, Corey Farnsworth (Debbie), Steffany Forrest (Gary) and Sherman Farnsworth (Shelley).
