He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn R. Lewis and Ora Letha Roche. He is survived by: his close friend Beckie Housley; his wife Beckie; his children, Jill, Jeremy and Jenny; his children-in-law, Paul, Cathy and Kirk; his grandchildren, Trace, Tate, Jed, Tatem, Quade, Troy, Griffin, Irene, Harper and Ally; and his siblings, Val, Lanny, Gloria, Del and Lavon. He is also survived by his mom and dad along with his mother and father in law and brother in law.
