He was predeceased by: his father Ray Evans (Orvella Sackett); and his brother Bruce Carl Evans (Connie). He is survived by: his brothers, Kenneth Ray (Velma) and Robert Lee (Shelley Stokes Evans); his daughters, Rashell Williams (Kory), Kimberly Jones (Derek), Kelley and Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Elise McKenzie Williams, Cameron Evan Williams, Vincent David Jones and Ivy Lynn Jones.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Davis Creek Third Ward (825 S 50 W, Farmington, UT 84025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
