He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Woodworth, Sr. and Margaret Louise Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his sister Carol Welles; his children, LeGrand, Shane (Michelle), Candace (Justin), Andrew (Kara) and Tyler (Mindy); and his wife Reta Critchfield. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, his sister, and siblings.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Creekside Ward (550 N Fairfield St, Kaysville, UT 84025). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at the Kaysville City Cemetery (500 E Crestwood Rd, Kaysville, UT 84037).
