She was predeceased by: her spouse Almo Beals Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Robert of St. George, David (Logan) of Niceville and Mary Ann (Jeremy) of Kaysville, Utah.; and her grandchildren, McKay, Taylor, Kailey, Bethany, Kylan Simmons, Danielle Andersen, Jacob and Tyler West. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
