He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Kunze and Donna Kunze; his children, Dwain Kunze, Craig Kunze and Kelly Stefenson; and his brothers, Harold Kunze, Douglas Kunze and Dan Kunze.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Jones Kunze; his stepchildren, Sharrilee Clonts (Steve), Jay D. Kunze (Samantha), Jayda Johnson (Peter) and Stacy Zampedri (Ray); his sister Marrianne Beisinger (Jim); his sisters-in-law, Denise Kunze and Darlene Kunze; his grandson Darin Gardner (Mont Johnson); and his caregiver Casey Hinkins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, and two more great grandbabies, his extended family including his step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (187 S Main St, Spanish Fork, UT 84660). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
