She is survived by: her siblings, Andy Levi (Kanosh), Lafe Levi (Kanosh), Wayne Levi of Kaibab, AZ, Sandra Levi (Fillmore) and Juanita (Fillmore).
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Olpin Stevens Funeral Home - Fillmore (55 W 200 S St, Fillmore, UT 84631). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at the Kanosh Indian Cemetery W (W 7200 S St, Kanosh, UT 84637).
