She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Foutz and Marie Foutz; her husband Marv Halsey; her children, Ronda Halsey and KC Halsey; her siblings, Mary BeeBe, Gary Barrett, Calvin Forgay, Judy Nelson and Glen Foutz; her son BJ Halsey; and her grandchildren, Sky Stevens and Jay Dean Halsey.
She is survived by: her children, Dusty Stevens (Stephanie Welch), Troy Halsey, Deb Halsey Reid and Jon Halsey; her grandchildren, Michael Halsey, Jay Stevens, Bo Stevens and Dasia Stevens; and her great grandchildren, James Halsey, Christopher Halsey and Harper Stevens.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Flowell Ward Chapel (4250 W 500 N St, Fillmore, UT 84631). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Fillmore City Cemetery (650 S 400 E St, Fillmore, UT 84631).
