In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Harvey leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Harvey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Harvey Sr. Fowler and Ruth Thorpe Fowler; and his friend Tom Ward. He is survived by: his wife Ann; and his children, Deborah Jones, Kristine Shields (Dean), Marie Taylor (Loren), Stephanie Sewell (Bret), Joseph Rands (Ashley) and Joshua Rands (Shaina). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Olpin Stevens Funeral Home - Fillmore (55 W 200 S St, Fillmore, UT 84631). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fillmore City Cemetery (650 S 400 E St, Fillmore, UT 84631).
