She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Virgie Maud Frazier (Garrett); her husband Elmer Morris Hogge; and her siblings, James Reed Frazier (Carrie Lee), Everett Carlton Frazier (Helen Olivia), Charles Hayward Frazier (Mary Melverdis), Edith Imogene Calbert (Jack), Julia Rose Spencer (Donald) and Charles Henry Frazier Jr. (Dixie Lou).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Elmer Hogge (Jennifer), Louise Murphy (Brian), Rebecca Jorgensen (Robert), Amy Sammons (Charles), Camille Hogge and Elizabeth Christensen (Richard). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Orchard Chapel (77 S Orchard Dr, Fruit Heights, UT 84037).
