It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Van D Young (Fruitland, Utah), who passed away on April 27, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Romanzo William and Nelda Ludlow Young; his grandparents, Robert David, Emiline Faucet Young, Charlie and Lucy Sweat Ludlow; his sister Maxine Young; his nephew Scott Hoover (Neice Kallie Dawn Young); and his brother-in-law Blane Henry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vangie Neil (Jeff), Kerri Vigil (Joe), Marsha Young and Kim Hansen (J. P.); and his siblings, Bill Young (Shana), Ross Young (Phyllis), Russ Young, Evelyn Henry and Shirley Smith (Allen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and at 12:00 PM at the LDS Chapel (46250 W 6000 S, Fruitland, UT 84027). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at the same location.
