With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leda Smith (Garland, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald George Pond and LaPrele Smith; and her brother Ron. She is survived by: her husband David Allen Smith. She is also survived by her 7 children, and 23 grandchildren with a great grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fielding Stake Center (4375 W 15600 N, Garland, UT 84311). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
