He is survived by: his spouse Shamra Kelley; his children, Wyatt Jasper and Sierra Susan; his daughter-in-law Rachel Johnson Shaffer; his siblings, Roy Shaffer, Shannon Norman and Shelley Reynolds; and his siblings-in-law, Garth, Brian, Clay Kelley, Ron Norman, Collette, Noelle, Cassie Kelley and Patti Shaffer. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Fielding Stake Center (4375 W 15600 N, Garland, UT 84312). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the East Garland Cemetery.
