He is survived by : his mother Nancy Frantz; his wife Tiffany Kruizenga; his children, Elizabeth Gallagher (Jeremy), Britny Kruizenga (Tim), Nathan Knapczyk and Abigal Kiernan; his grandchildren, Aubrianna, Ariella and Mckenzie; and his pets, Mabel May, Auggie Samuel, Annie Bananie, Casey Lee and Sammy Sam. He is also survived by his family and pets.
