She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel Emma Pratt and Hermel J Theriault; her brother Gene; and her son David. She is survived by: her husband Steve; and her children, Rick Lewis (Sherry), Kerry Lewis, Seana Lewis, Kirk Patten (Sandi), Brent Patten (Shelly), Kip Patten (Dawna), Bryan Lewis (Dawn), Amie Lee (Tom), Josh Lewis (Kelli) and Pennie Speck (Cord). She is also survived by many grandkids, great grandkids and great-great grandkids.
