She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Nuesmeyer and Helen Nuesmeyer; her sweetheart Jay; her grandson Dustin; and her great grandchild Dayton.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Moore and Tammy (Shayne); her sister Deanna Terry; and her grandchildren, Brandi, Joey (Kim), Cheyenne, Jaycub (Ivy), Kylei (Chris) and Amber (Justin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stansbury Park (500 Village Blvd Suite 210, Stansbury Park, UT 84074).
