He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester June Minchey and Alice LaVon Carlow; and his brothers, Lester, Mark and Henry.
He is survived by: his sister Lynn Ann; his children, Michael Jack (Mike), Nannette and Linda; and his grandchildren, Michelle, Jack Minchey, McKell, Traci Millward, Kristi and Allie Lawrence.
