He is survived by : his wife Lisa; his children, Lonnette Christison (Collin) and Tim Mattox (Crystal); his stepchildren, Stephen Collins (April) and Sirinity Smith (Neil); his grandchildren, Codie Butterfield, Sam Sharp (Jess), Jesse Sharp (Silver), Jake Anderson (Jacquelin), Tyrell Johnson (Whitney), Nadalee Anderson (Tyler), Rachal Sundell (Scott), Weston Smith of Dustin Smith, SJ, Pryiah, Alivia and Gabe; his great grandchildren, Maggie, Sadie, Marshall, Roman, Colton, Lexi, Krew, Kohen, Stella Rae and Mila; and his caregiver Amy.
