He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayola Giles and Curtis Maxfield. He is survived by: his wife Jane; and his children, David Maxfield (Angela), Jenifer Maxfield Greenwood (Thomas), James Maxfield, Christa Maxfield Turner (Michael) and Jason Maxfield (Chante). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
