He is survived by : his siblings, Eddie Theobald, Michael Theobald, Juli Mull, Shelly Spradling (Mike) and Pamela Maxwell (Mike); and his brother-in-law Mike Spradling. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
