He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Dye Phipps and Robert E. Phipps; his grandparents, Hazel Dye, Isaac Junior Ferguson and Helen Marie Ferguson; his mentor Chick Burnham; and his pets, Jaxon and Sassy.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gayle Phipps. He is also survived by cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (410 Shelley Ln, Grantsville, UT 84029). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
