He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Salazar and Herminia Salazar. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his close friend Juanita Salazar; his children, Melanie Erickson (Layne Husband), Rudy Salazar (Katy) and Brian Salazar; and his grandchildren, Jared Salazar, Jeremy, Maya, Ellanyse, Brielle and Davis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at 332 1000 N, Tooele, UT 84074. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
