It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Stam of Grantsville, Utah, born in Santa Monica, California, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Emmy Van't Hoff and James Stam; his wife Majorie Sutton (Marge); his sons, Randall James Stam and Stephen Claude Stam; his granddaughter Venessa Dawn Stam; and his siblings, Viola Wilhelmina Payne (Lola), Matena Bush and Richard Stam (Dick).

He is survived by : his children, Wendy Stam Saunders and Gary Lee Stam. He is also survived by 8 Granddaughters, and 5 Great Grandchildren; as well as beloved in-laws, nieces and nephews.

“Tom was like a grandfather to me, and I met him shortly after I lost my own grandfather. He has inspired me to take many paths I never would have taken without his support and influence. I will miss him dearly, and my heart goes out to his family. May he sing loudly with the hosts of heaven until we meet again.”
