It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Marie Gibbs of Green River, Utah, who passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eldon Jessop and Verla Irene Jessop Pehrson; her husband John Clark Gibbs; her stepfather George Pehrson; her sister Josephine Davis (Charles Jessop); her great grandchild Dallas Mendelkow; and her son-in-law David Wengreen.
She is survived by: her children, John Gibbs (Debbie), Bruce Gibbs, Wayne Gibbs (Trish), Carol Wilford (Steve), Allyson Mendelkow (Craig), Molly Shuldberg (Billy) and Louisa Gibbs. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren.
