He was predeceased by: his brother John Fullmer; and his parents, Almon Duncan Fullmer Sr. and June Fullmer (Beck). He is survived by: his wife Debra Fullmer (McArthur); his children, Shannon Fullmer, Teresa Dutson, Sherri Asnicar, Shane Fullmer, Tony Hancock, Cole Fullmer, James Fullmer and Jesse Fullmer; his siblings, Carol Kelleher, Lois Vietti, Oliver Fullmer, Oscar Fullmer and Ronald Fullmer; and his former wife Dian Cahoon. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Old Stone Church.
