He is survived by: his wife Joyce Knight; and his children, Joylin Daniels (David), Alison Bates, Christine Pyne (Gary) and Jesse Bates (Christy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
