We bid farewell to Edith Brinkhurst (Heber City, Utah), born in Southwark, England, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2026 at the age of 97. Edith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hetty Bertha Quinnell of Southwark and Mesdom Albert James Jones of Daggerfontein Springs; her grandson Jonathon; and her great grandchild Carter. She is survived by: her children, Simon Walls and Susan Urban; her grandchildren, Bethany, Calvin (Chip), Jenny, Andrew, Brittany and Tabitha; her great grandchildren, Lacie, George, Ivy, Daphne, Brynn, Abigail, Gage, Paxton, Jaidyn, McKade, Dominic, Amayia, Eve, Breccan (Drey), Jeffery and Hannah; and her great great grandchildren, Athena and Mateo.
