He was predeceased by: his mother Ayeliffe Massey. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Purcell; his children, Dwight Purcell and Kim; his son-in-law Wayne Foy; his grandchildren, Megan Purcell, Parker Purcell, Wayson Foy and Zayne Foy; his siblings, Jerome, Jean Purcell, Deb, Dale Fisher, Colleen and Jim Guinn; his brothers-in-law, Mark Ransdell and Charles Gillard; his nieces and nephews, Maria Bunch and Robbi Bigelow; and his pet Maysie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foy's Residence (1522 W 1200 N St, Heber City, UT 84032).
