We announce the death of Gwen Carley in Heber City, Utah, who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 89. Gwen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Gafford and Clyde Gafford; her in-laws, Carol and Roy Sr. Carley; her brother Ken Gafford; and her brother-in-law Denny Carley.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Carley; her children, Craig Carley (Kris), Kenda Spaulding (Jerry) and Keren Mazanec (John); her grandchildren, Caden Carley, Camren Carley, Karys Carley and Samantha Mazanec; and her sisters-in-law, Doris "Tinker" Lloyd and Jeananne Gafford.
