He is survived by: his wife Gail Kimball Witkamp; his children, Matthew (Karla), Michael (McKinzie), Marie, Mark, Marci (Matt) and Mitch (Yumi); and his siblings, Stephania, Johnny and Nicolas. He is also survived by grandchildren.
