He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Garcia and Socorro Soto Garcia; and his siblings, Jean Velis (Sam), Rose Christiansen (Chris), Gilbert and Edward Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Neida Pacheco; his children, Raymond Garcia, Jr. (Lorri) and Susan Palmer (Matt); his grandchildren, Chantel Quan (Anthony), Jeremiah Garcia (Maria), Felicia Otero (Fernando), Sadie Palmer and Kyle Palmer; his great grandchildren, Della, Angel, Emma, Parker, Hadley, Jeremiah Jr., Kaydence and Maxlee; his brother Henry Garcia (Ester); and his sister-in-law Pam Garcia.
