He is survived by: his wife Vicky Arvon Ostberg; his daughters, Cindy Taylor (Brent) and Candice Taylor (Bryan); and his siblings, Dennis Williams (Elizabeth), Janet Alders (Pete), Rick Williams (Dana) and Jamie Baird. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
