He is survived by : his wife Minviluz Abing Elliott; his son William Joel Elliott; his sister Sandra Flora; his sons, Chris Elliott (Tammie), Scott Elliott (Lori), Jeffrey Elliott and Donny Elliott (Karen); his grandchildren, Chris Elliott II (Taylor) and Logan Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Kora and Kaia.
