He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardis Hunsaker and Marion Kenneth Burbank; and his sister-in-law Anne Burbank. He is survived by: his wife Anna Burbank; his siblings, Troy (Jarene), David Burbank (Pam) and Marie Hasty (Jeff); and his children, Ken Burbank (Dorothy), Kimberly Gallegos (Mike), Jeremy Burbank (Emily) and Blair Welsh (Ciara). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Honeyville Cemetery (2525 W 6980 N, Honeyville, UT 84314).
