We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2019, at the age of 41, Wendy Carter (Honeyville, Utah), born in Ogden, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her grandparents, John J. Frew and Charlene Weaver. She is survived by : her parents, Johnny B. Smith and Jalene Kraft; her husband Brandon Dan Carter; her children, Mercedes Hailey Carter, Hayden Leon Carter and Weston Lane Carter; her brothers, Brandon C. Smith (Kelly) and Lucas J Smith (Jessie); and her grandparents, Lora Smith and Clifford Smith. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
