He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Walker Smith; his sons, Michael Scott Smith (Cassi Turner) and Tyson Charles Smith "Eloise"; his siblings, Dean Smith Dale (Cindy), Robert Smith (Diana), Sheri Dattilo and Evelyn Woolsey (Wally); and his grandchildren, Anabelle and Alexander.
