He was predeceased by: his father David Chantry. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Chantry of Roy, UT; and his siblings, Diane Stromberg (Erik) of Grantsville, UT, Heather Hansen (Layne) of Smithfield, UT, Lori (Brian), Anderson of Sunset, UT and Jonathan Chantry of West Haven, UT.
