It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Chantry in Hooper, Utah, born in Fontana, California, who passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Stephen departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Stephen leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father David Chantry. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Chantry of Roy, UT; and his siblings, Diane Stromberg (Erik) of Grantsville, UT, Heather Hansen (Layne) of Smithfield, UT, Lori (Brian), Anderson of Sunset, UT and Jonathan Chantry of West Haven, UT.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Myers Mortuary - Roy (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
