She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parent Florence Mills; her daughter Rachel Busch (Samuel); her husband Richard Bissell; her daughter Rebekah Gallucci (Palletto); her stepsons, Kenneth D. Reeves and Roger Reeves; and her son-in-law Samuel Busch. She was also cherished by her husband, friends and family.
